The recording Managing Stress was originally designed by me to help clients in my practice who were struggling with stress-related difficulties and their many consequences. It contains useful information about stress and includes a few breathing and muscle exercises that have proven useful for those trying to reduce their level of stress.
Panic Assistance was designed to provide information to the listener, as well as to serve as a coaching companion for those attempting to better manage or overcome intense anxiety experiences commonly referred to as 'panic attacks'.
Both recordings are best used in conjunction with traditional therapeutic efforts to address both stress-related and anxiety-related issues. The hope is that they might contribute something of value to your own efforts to understand the causes of your difficulty and better manage your emotional well-being.
